Yes. Creating a profile, joining interest groups, matching, and messaging are all free. If we offer optional paid features, the price and terms are shown in the app and in your app store before you confirm anything.
We use approximate location — neighbourhood level, never your exact spot. You set how far you're willing to travel, and other people only ever see a rough distance like “1.2 km away”. You can also skip location permission entirely and set a city by hand.
Every account passes a live selfie check before it can message anyone. Accounts that get reported, or that behave unusually, are asked to verify again.
Yes, and plenty of people do. Set your intent to friends, dating, or both — you'll only show up for people looking for the same thing.
We never sell it. Photos and messages are encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can export or delete everything from Settings. The full breakdown is in our Privacy Policy.
